Announcement on the Release of the Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors and the Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange for the Administration of Accounts Involving Actual Control Relationship

      The Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange for the Administration of Abnormal Trading Behaviors and the Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange for the Administration of Accounts Involving Actual Control Relationship, which have been adopted by the SHFE Board of Directors and reported to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, are hereby released.

    These Rules shall be effective as of May 11(trading day), 2018,and the rules below shall concurrently expire:

·            Interim Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange on the Monitoring of Abnormal Transactions, as amended (SQF [2012] No. 94);

·            Implementing Standards and Procedures for the Interim Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange on the Monitoring of Abnormal Transactions, as amended (SQF [2013] No. 166);

·            Notice on Suspension of Certain Provisions in the Implementing Standards and Procedures for the Interim Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange on the Monitoring of Abnormal Transactions, as amended (SQF [2015] No. 167);

·            Notice on the Criteria for Determining Accounts with Actual Control Relationship in the Futures Market under the Interim Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange on the Monitoring of Abnormal Transactions (SQBF [2011] No. 24);

·            Notice on the Reporting of Accounts with Actual Control Relationship under the Interim Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange on the Monitoring of Abnormal Transactions (SQBF [2011] No. 25); and

·            Notice on Combining the Speculative Positions of Accounts with Actual Control Relationship in the Futures Market under in the Interim Rules of the Shanghai Futures Exchange on the Monitoring of Abnormal Transactions (SQF [2011] No. 54).

       You can visit the official website of SHFE for the Chinese version of the two rules. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
